  1. All street name suggestions will be vetted for suitability and duplication. Alternative suggestions will be required if rejected.
  2. The Council will create a street naming and numbering report that will be submitted to the Chair and ward Councillors of the area for consultation.
  3. If approved, the Council will then contact Royal Mail to create the addresses.
  4. We will send a confirmation via email with a letter and plan attached.
