What will you need before applying?
 

  • Details of when and which authority/company you were previously a chaperone for.

  • Details of any experience of working with children.

  • The name, job title, address, email address and phone number of 2 people that can provide
    a reference (this will be sent to them automatically once you submit your application).

  • Details of any criminal convictions, nature of offence, court sentenced at, and sentence imposed.

  • Digital headshot photo.

  • Debit/credit card.
 
Further, as part of the application process, please note you will need to attend an interview with a council officer.
