Take a shot and enter the Tameside Through the Seasons Calendar Competition

Tameside residents are being encouraged to send in their own photographs of the borough to be in with a chance of being featured in a 2024 calendar celebrating the local area.

The Tameside Through the Seasons calendar competition was originally launched in 2023 but due to great success it was been re-launched for 2024.

The final deadline is fast approaching so if you want one of your photographs to be included in next year’s calendar then make sure you send your photos in by Monday 6 November.

Once the final entry is received, a panel of judges will put together a shortlist, which will be followed by a public vote to decide the winners for the 2024 Calendar. 

Tameside Council Assistant Executive Member for Culture, Heritage and Digital Inclusivity Cllr Sangita Patel said: “This competition gives all residents a great chance to get out and about to capture the beauty of Tameside, whether that be town centres or local countryside. You don’t have to be a professional photographer to snap a stunning shot, so why not give it a go.”
