Find your Dream Job at the Tameside Jobs Fair

IF you want to find a new job or career this spring, Tameside Jobs Fair is the place to look.

Following the success of previous events, organisers Tameside Council are looking to offer the public even more opportunities to find work and training.

The fair – which is sponsored by Jigsaw Homes and the Hyde Group – takes place on Wednesday, March 27, at Dukinfield Town Hall (10am to 1pm). Job-seekers will be able to meet employers and apply for live vacancies. They can also talk to training providers about the chance to develop new or existing skills.

Cllr Jack Naylor, Tameside Council’s executive member for inclusive growth, business and employment, said: “As an authority we are committed to increasing employment among our residents.

“Thanks to the support we have received from the borough’s businesses, the spring jobs fair will offer a wide range of opportunities to get into work or help them find a new career.

“It will also be a great opportunity for employers to meet local talent, allowing them to shortlist potential candidates on the day.”
