Priority treatment available for Armed Forces Family

Date Released - 22/05/2018

Ex-service personnel and current Armed Forces members are being urged to let their GP know of their service to their country.

Those who have served previously may be entitled to priority treatment, while for those currently serving their families should not be disadvantaged when accessing NHS Services, due to them moving around as a result of a new posting.

Tameside Armed Services Community (TASC) is raising awareness of the benefits to support those who have served or are serving.

If you, your family, your friends or neighbours are ex-service personnel then please spread the message so that GPs know and can help.
